Return Policy

We understand that shopping online for these unique items can sometimes be challenging, so we have crafted a return policy that respects both the uniqueness of our inventory and the satisfaction of our customers.
Return Eligibility
Eligible Items: Returns are accepted for items that are significantly different than described or arrive with condition issues not disclosed in the product description. Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, variations and imperfections are to be expected and are not grounds for a return.
Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sold and shipped. Any alterations or damages incurred after delivery will void the return.
Return Period: Customers must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately upon receipt to signal any issues and to begin the return process.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Packing: Please return the item in its original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
Please note that custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it be through a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Local Pickup
For our local customers, we offer the option of local pickup. Please reach out to us directly to arrange for a local pickup prior to purchasing an item.
