Design 1:

Use the first card to write down the name of the foraged plant, "Plant Info (Common Names, Order/Family, Genus, Species, Parts Harvested)", "Date Harvested (Season, Location, Storage/Drying)", "Harvest Technique", and "Notes."

Design 2:

Use the second card to complement the first with space for "Additional Information" and "Sketches/Photos".
